Darshan Reservations - Frequently Asked Questions

In order to make a booking, you must first create an account. (Has nothing to do with a bank account!) You only have to do this once. 1. Click Sign up on the login page, fill out the form and submit. Fields with an asterisk are mandatory. 2. You will receive an email with a long confirmation link. Click on the link to confirm your email – only then will your account be activated. 3. Now return to the login page and log in with your email address and password. 4. Now you can make or cancel a reservation, manage email subscriptions or your profile. For example, you can change your password or your email address.

This means you already have an account. Maybe your account was created by our office, in any case you do NOT need to create a new account. Click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter the email address and a password will be sent to you. To reset your password and/or update your information, log in using the password that was emailed to you and click Profile (first row from the top).

Please note: new accounts must be activated before you can log in. There will be an email verification in which you can activate the account, see here. Please check if you are using the correct email address / password combination. If you have forgotten your password, a new one can be sent to you.

Click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email address and a password will be sent to you. To reset your password and/or update your information, log in with the password you were sent and click Profile (first row from the top).

On the left half of the booking page is a calendar. There are 3 ways to navigate: 1. Scroll down and then click ‘show  next’. 2. Click on the date display in the top center and click on the desired date in the pop-up calendar. 3. On the top right of the left side, click Country and select a country. You can then click on the desired session on the left-hand side and register.
Attention: The calendar function requires JavaScript. You may need to disable ad blockers on the site as they can restrict JavaScript. (The site does not use advertising.)

Simply click on the dates on which you would like to come for darshan in the calendar on the left-hand side. Session details and times are shown on the right side. When you have made your selection, click on ‘save registration‘ (green button) on the right side.

Login in, then under Upcoming Sessions tap the ‘Delete’ link behind the session row. The system will now ask you to confirm the cancellation. Click Yes.

Log in, then under Upcoming Sessions, click the date and time of the session you want to change. Now you can add (+add attendee) or remove people from this session. The list of names will be retained for future registrations. Registered persons must be marked with a tick before their name on the list. To cancel a person simply remove  the tick. Then click on the green button save.
Attention: for children under 15 years of age, the date of birth must also be added to the name. Also, it is also possible to cancel yourself, if the accompanying persons come anyway, by simply removing the check mark before your own name. Always save afterwards.
If the list of names below your name is too long, you can click on ‘Edit‘ next to the name and then on ‘hide‘.

Yes, you will receive an email (also check spam). When you have saved the registration, a confirmation message will first appear at the top of the screen. In addition, the bookings can always be seen online under Upcoming Sessions. With friends who are registered, you can click on the session line on the right side and check whether the ticks are set in front of the names.

Please call the office (contacts) so that arrangements can be made to book for a large group in the online registration system.

To update your information, log in and tap Profile (first row from the top).

Yes, under Mailing Lists you can select cities that are near you and then save. If you no longer wish to receive emails, click on ‘General unsubscribe‘. You will then only receive transactional emails (e.g. confirmations).
